Tides & Weather Forecasts

The RNLI offers a free "Sea Check" a completely free, friendly and confidential service that looks at safety aspects involved with your boat. SEA Check is neither a test nor an inspection and there is no pass or fail. Conducted by one of their highly trained volunteers, SEA Check is a personal face-to-face safety advice service that takes place on board your own craft. We'll happily put you in contact with our local RNLI volunteer.

Always check the weather forecast before heading out to sea. We have a weather station on the roof which downloads every 3 seconds the local conditions which then also appears on the web and another good site to look at is wind finder.

Tides

Baltimore has a tidal range of up to 4 mts so planning your dive sites carefully when diving offshore wrecks and reefs is paramount.

Check the Admiralty Tides for our area before heading out to sea.
